—The co-chairman of JET meeting is Director, Division of Coastal Zone Management, Department of Irrigation and Drainage (DID), Malaysia and Director, Bureau of Project Management, Royal Irrigation Department (RID), Thailand to evaluate all details at site and propose solutions to be referred to the Joint Technical Working Group.

—JET meeting held twice a year in general, organized alternately by Malaysia and Thailand Government.

—Issues discussed in JET meeting will be forwarded to JTWG meeting for approval.
