—The co-chairman of JSC meeting is Secretary General, Ministry of Natural Resources and Enviroment (NRE), Malaysia and Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives (MOAC), Thailand to co-ordinate, approve and decide on such matters related to the Project that are referred to it by the Joint Technical Working Group or both Parties.

—JSC meeting held once in two year in general, organized alternately by Malaysia and Thailand Goverment.
