At the Malaysian side,  the Golok cableway station,  station number  6019411, is located at Long. 101° 58’ 40” E and  Lat. 06° 01’ 30” N, Rantau Panjang, Kelantan.
At the Thai side, the Golok cableway station, X.119A,  is located at Long. 101°58’ 40”E and  Lat. 06°01’ 13” N (UTM  E 829467  N 666554), Sirindhorn Public Park, Su-ngai Golok  district, Narathiwat province.   
and known as Sungai Golok at Rantau Panjang has a topography of low lying and undulating where the terrain lies within 76 m to 763 m  contour lines. The main river, Sg. Golok with its two major tributaries, Sg. Jedok and Sg. Lanas, the southern part of the catchment. These rivers flow in a northerly direction.
